Reservations require a 30% deposit.

Deposit can be made with PayPal or bank transfers on either our German or Canadian account. We expect payment of the full amount minimum 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellations must be received more than 90 days prior to arrival or deposit is forfeited.

A $150 cancellation fee will apply to any cancellation prior to 90 day cut off. We’re sorry, no refunds less than 90 days prior to arrival.
We are happy to move your reservation (without penalty) within the same calendar year provided we have availability.
Trip cancellation insurance is recommended for anyone concerned about needing to cancel last min.
